Backdrop2go ships worldwide! Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekend's orders will be handled the next Monday. We will notify you if there is an issue with filling your order. Please keep an eye on your Email.

Delivery Time(about 7-15 business days)=Proof Confirm Time+ Production Time+Shipping Time Proof
Confirm Time: If you customize backdrops, we will send you a proof to confirm by email.
Note: You need to confirm the proof as soon as possible, we usually send you proof within 2 business days.
Production time: The backdrops production time is about 4-6 business days.
Transportation time:
Europe (England, France, Germany etc) : 7-10 business days (Don't include clearance time)
North America(USA, Canada, Mexico etc) : 7-15 business days
Australia: 7-15 business days
South Africa: 7-15 business days
Asia(India, Japan, etc): 7-15 business days
South America(Brazil, Chile, Argentina etc): 7-15 business days
Others: 6-8 business days (In the same country, depending on the address, there will be a gap of 1-3 days.)
