Refund policy

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Exchange
If an item arrives damaged we must be notified as soon as the item arrives up to 5 business days of receipt so that you can be sent a new item.
Please submit a photo showing the damage as well as your order number to: lisa@backdrop2go.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Print Details:

We do not color match. Colors may vary from material to material and will vary slightly from what you see on screen.
Once the proof is sent and you cancel an order you will be charged the proof fee. The cost is $20.00 per proof
Once an order goes into production, cancellation is no longer possible. 

Typographical / Spelling / Grammar Errors:

Backdrop2go is not liable for any typographical, spelling, grammar errors, etc. Please ensure all wording is proofed and corrected if necessary. All proofs are final.

Color differences:

Color is a perception that is different for everyone, we cannot guarantee an exact color match. Additionally, because of differences in the ink batch, print media, and color profile settings on our printers, your logo may not be the exact color as what appears on your computer screen.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
If the refund was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time(5-7 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
